I was looking for a professional within your organization that can help me with the many questions I have about my 2015 C-Max plug-in hybrid.  Frankly, I'm tired of educating myself; there was no one at the Ford dealer I got the car from that was even interested in the vehicle, let alone able to prove they have any knowledge about it. 

Also, a service department that can help with recalls and minor repair items that need attention.  I did not buy the car from Cortese, and I'm looking for a new dealership to do business with in the Rochester area. I'm thinking that's the kind of customer whose business you just might like to earn. 

I talked to Shane and Keith, and have an appointment scheduled to drop off the car for service and talk to Dan Tucker about the C-Max. 

Mind-blowing: I would not have expected such a quick and helpful response from ANY retail business, much less a car dealer.
