In the ten years since the Ford Fusion debuted, it's made quite a name for itself in the automotive industry. Now, it rivals top midsize sedan sellers with its sales numbers, and continues to win over drivers in conquest sales. For 2017, it's getting an update that includes a Sport model with quite a bit of punch.
First it was the Fusion Energei and Plug-in Hybrid. Now, it's the Fusion Sport, boasting all-wheel drive, 325 horsepower, and 350 lb-ft of torque. While the Blue Oval originally considered and ST or RS name, they thought it a bit much (even though its power numbers far outgun the competition--and even one luxury car). There's also a visual update in store.
